How to Make a Reservation
Online Booking:
You can easily book your car rental through our website. Simply use the booking form to select the vehicle type, rental dates, and pick-up/drop-off locations. Once you complete the booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your reservation details.Reservation Confirmation:
Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with your reservation number, rental details, and payment receipt (if applicable). Please review the details carefully, and keep the confirmation email for your records.Payment:
A deposit (or full payment) is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment gateway. The remaining balance is due at the time of pick-up.Booking Modifications:
If you need to modify your reservation (e.g., change the pick-up time, extend the rental period), please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled pick-up time to avoid additional charges.Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your reservation, we offer the following cancellation policy to give you flexibility and peace of mind:
Free Cancellation (Up to 48 Hours Before Pick-Up):
Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled pick-up time will be fully refunded, minus a small processing fee (if applicable). No cancellation fee will apply if you cancel within this time frame.Cancellation within 48 Hours of Pick-Up:
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled pick-up time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total reservation cost.No-Show Policy:
If you do not show up to pick up your vehicle and do not notify us in advance, your reservation will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.Early Returns:
If you return the vehicle earlier than the scheduled return date, no refunds will be provided for unused rental days.
